today is form 1 orientation day.. me, sakinah, afiq n putra were on duty on the school gate.. but putra is reallyyy late!! haha.. anyway.. its quite okay because i wont be doing anything at home..
many of us are present this day.. but not much we do.. i dont think we really do something except hang out n greet most of the parents who had just arrived on the gate.. n gave some directory.. (me n sakinah only though.. )
boys are the one who do much works.. =.="
well.. after that hang out for a while.. n **** acap!! how dare he!! arghhh!! text with him n he finally reveal that the statement that he are going to stay in Kedah is a total lie! haha.. but luckily i didnt trust him in the first place..

Subhanallah..
✐ Selepas Malaikat Israfil meniup sangkakala (bentuknya seperti tanduk besar) yang memekakkan telinga, seluruh makhluk mati kecuali Izrail & beberapa malaikat yang lain. Selepas itu, Izrail pun mencabut nyawa malaikat yang tinggal dan akhirnya nyawanya sendiri.
✐ Selepas semua makhluk mati, Tuhan pun berfirman mafhumnya "Kepunyaan siapakah kerajaan hari ini?" Tiada siapa yang menjawab. Lalu Dia sendiri menjawab dengan keagunganNya "Kepunyaan Allah Yang Maha Esa lagi Maha Perkasa." Ini menunjukkan kebesaran & keagunganNya sebagai Tuhan yg Maha Kuasa lagi Maha Kekal Hidup, tidak mati.
✐ Selepas 40 tahun, Malaikat Israfil a.s. dihidupkan, seterusnya meniup sangkakala untuk kali ke-2, lantas seluruh makhluk hidup semula di atas bumi putih, berupa padang Mahsyar (umpama padang Arafah) yang rata tidak berbukit atau bulat seperti bumi.
✐ Sekelian manusia hidup melalui benih anak Adam yg disebut "Ajbuz Zanbi" yang berada di hujung tulang belakang mereka. Hiduplah manusia umpama anak pokok yang kembang membesar dari biji benih.
✐ Semua manusia dan jin dibangkitkan dalam keadaan telanjang dan hina. Mereka tidak rasa malu kerana pada ketika itu hati mereka sangat takut dan bimbang tentang nasib & masa depan yang akan mereka hadapi kelak.
✐ Lalu datanglah api yang berterbangan dengan bunyi seperti guruh yang menghalau manusia, jin dan binatang ke tempat perhimpunan besar. Bergeraklah mereka menggunakan tunggangan (bagi yang banyak amal), berjalan kaki (bagi yang kurang amalan) dan berjalan dengan muka (bagi yang banyak dosa). Ketika itu, ibu akan lupakan anak, suami akan lupakan isteri, setiap manusia sibuk memikirkan nasib mereka.
✐ Setelah semua makhluk dikumpulkan, matahari dan bulan dihapuskan cahayanya, lalu mereka tinggal dalam kegelapan tanpa cahaya. Berlakulah huru-hara yang amat dahsyat.
✐ Tiba-tiba langit yang tebal pecah dengan bunyi yang dahsyat, lalu turunlah malaikat sambil bertasbih kepada Allah SWT. Seluruh makhluk terkejut melihat saiz malaikat yang besar dan suaranya yang menakutkan.
✐ Kemudian matahari muncul semula dengan kepanasan yang berganda. Hingga dirasakan seakan-akan matahari berada sejengkal dari atas kepala mereka. Ulama berkata jika matahari naik di bumi seperti keadaannya naik dihari Kiamat nescaya seluruh bumi terbakar, bukit-bukau hancur dan sungai menjadi kering. Lalu mereka rasai kepanasan dan bermandikan peluh sehingga peluh mereka menjadi lautan. Timbul atau tenggelam mereka bergantung pada amalan masing-masing. Keadaan mereka berlanjutan sehingga 1000 tahun.
✐ Terdapat satu telaga kepunyaan Nabi Muhammad SAW bernama Al-Kausar yang mengandungi air yang hanya dapat diminum oleh orang mukmin sahaja. Orang bukan mukmin akan dihalau oleh malaikat yang menjaganya. Jika diminum airnya tidak akan haus selama-lamanya. Kolam ini berbentuk segi empat tepat sebesar satu bulan perjalanan. Bau air kolam ini lebih harum dari kasturi, warnanya lebih putih dari susu dan rasanya lebih sejuk dari embun. Ia mempunyai saluran yang mengalir dari syurga.
✐ Semua makhluk berada bawah cahaya matahari yang terik kecuali 7 golongan yang mendapat teduhan dari Arasy. Mereka ialah:
ⅰ- Pemimpin yang adil.
ⅱ- Orang muda yang taat kepada perintah Allah.
ⅲ- Lelaki yang terikat hatinya dengan masjid.
ⅳ- Dua orang yang bertemu kerana Allah dan berpisah kerana Allah.
ⅴ- Lelaki yang diajak oleh wanita berzina, tetapi dia menolak dengan berkata "Aku takut pada Allah".
ⅵ- Lelaki yg bersedekah dengan bersembunyi (tidak diketahui orang ramai).
ⅶ- Lelaki yang suka bersendirian mengingati Allah lalu mengalir air matanya kerana takutkan Allah.
✐ Oleh kerana tersangat lama menunggu di padang mahsyar, semua manusia tidak tahu berbuat apa melainkan mereka yang beriman, kemudian mereka terdengar suara "pergilah berjumpa dengan para Nabi". Maka mereka pun pergi mencari para Nabi. Pertama sekali kumpulan manusia ini berjumpa dengan Nabi Adam tetapi usaha mereka gagal kerana Nabi Adam a.s menyatakan beliau juga ada melakukan kesalahan dengan Allah SWT. Maka kumpulan besar itu kemudiannya berjumpa Nabi Nuh a.s., Nabi Ibrahim a.s., Nabi Musa a.s., Nabi Isa a.s. (semuanya memberikan sebab seperti Nabi Adam a.s.) dan akhirnya mereka berjumpa Rasullullah SAW. Jarak masa antara satu nabi dengan yang lain adalah 1000 tahun perjalanan.
✐ Lalu berdoalah baginda Nabi Muhammad SAW ke hadrat Allah SWT. Lalu diperkenankan doa baginda.
✐ Selepas itu, terdengar bunyi pukulan gendang yang kuat hingga menakutkan hati semua makhluk kerana mereka sangka azab akan turun. Lalu terbelah langit, turunlah arasy Tuhan yang dipikul oleh 8 orang malaikat yang sangat besar (besarnya sejarak perjalanan 20 ribu tahun) sambil bertasbih dengan suara yang amat kuat sehingga 'Arasy itu tiba dibumi.
✐ 'Arasy ialah jisim nurani yang amat besar berbentuk kubah (bumbung bulat) yang mempunyai 4 batang tiang yang sentiasa dipikul oleh 4 orang malaikat yang besar dan gagah. Dalam bahasa mudah ia seumpama istana yang mempunyai seribu bilik yang menempatkan jutaan malaikat di dalamnya. Ia dilingkungi embun yang menghijab cahayanya yang sangat kuat.
✐ Kursi iaitu jisim nurani yang terletak di hadapan Arasy yang dipikul oleh 4 orang malaikat yang sangat besar. Saiz kursi lebih kecil dari 'Arasy umpama cincin ditengah padang . Dalam bahasa mudah ia umpama singgahsana yang terletak dihadapan istana.
✐ Seluruh makhluk pun menundukkan kepala kerana takut. Lalu dimulakan timbangan amal. Ketika itu berterbanganlah kitab amalan masing-masing turun dari bawah Arasy menuju ke leher pemiliknya tanpa silap dan tergantunglah ia sehingga mereka dipanggil untuk dihisab. Kitab amalan ini telah ditulis oleh malaikat Hafazhah / Raqib & 'Atid / Kiraman Katibin.
✐ Manusia beratur dalam saf mengikut Nabi dan pemimpin masing- masing. Orang kafir & munafik beratur bersama pemimpin mereka yang zalim. Setiap pengikut ada tanda mereka tersendiri untuk dibezakan.
✐ Umat yang pertama kali dihisab adalah umat Nabi Muhammad SAW, dan amalan yang pertama kali dihisab adalah solat. Sedangkan hukum yang pertama kali diputuskan adalah perkara pertumpahan darah.
✐ Apabila tiba giliran seseorang hendak dihisab amalannya, malaikat akan mencabut kitab mereka lalu diserahkan, lalu pemiliknya mengambil dengan tangan kanan bagi orang mukmin dan dengan tangan kiri jika orang bukan mukmin.
✐ Semua makhluk akan dihisab amalan mereka menggunakan satu Neraca Timbangan. Saiznya amat besar, mempunyai satu tiang yang mempunyai lidah dan 2 daun. Daun yang bercahaya untuk menimbang pahala dan yang gelap untuk menimbang dosa.
✐ Acara ini disaksikan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW dan para imam 4 mazhab untuk menyaksikan pengikut masing-masing dihisab.
✐ Perkara pertama yang diminta ialah Islam. Jika dia bukan Islam, maka seluruh amalan baiknya tidak ditimbang bahkan amalan buruk tetap akan ditimbang.
✐ Ketika dihisab, mulut manusia akan dipateri, tangan akan berkata- kata, kaki akan menjadi saksi. Tiada dolak-dalih dan hujah tipuan. Semua akan di adili oleh Allah Ta'ala dengan Maha Bijaksana.
✐ Setelah amalan ditimbang, mahkamah Mahsyar dibuka kepada orang ramai untuk menuntut hak masing-masing dari makhluk yang sedang dibicara sehinggalah seluruh makhluk berpuas hati dan dibenarkannya menyeberangi titian sirat.
✐ Syafaat Nabi Muhammad SAW di akhirat :
ⅰ- Meringankan penderitaan makhluk di Padang Mahsyar dengan mempercepatkan hisab.
ⅱ- Memasukkan manusia ke dalam syurga tanpa hisab.
ⅲ- Mengeluarkan manusia yang mempunyai iman sebesar zarah dari neraka.
(Semua syafaat ini tertakluk kepada keizinan Allah SWT.)
✐ Para nabi dan rasul serta golongan khawas juga diberikan izin oleh Tuhan untuk memberi syafaat kepada para pengikut mereka. Mereka ini berjumlah 70 000. Setiap seorang dari mereka akan mensyafaatkan 70 000 orang yang lain.
✐ Setelah berjaya dihisab, manusia akan mula berjalan menuju syurga melintasi jambatan sirat. Siratul Mustaqim ialah jambatan (titian) yang terbentang dibawahnya neraka. Lebar jambatan ini adalah seperti sehelai rambut yang dibelah tujuh dan ia lebih tajam dari mata pedang. Bagi orang mukmin ia akan dilebarkan dan dimudahkan menyeberanginya.
✐ Fudhail bin Iyadh berkata perjalanan di Sirat memakan masa 15000 tahun. 5000 tahun menaik, 5000 tahun mendatar dan 5000 tahun menurun. Ada makhluk yang melintasinya seperti kilat, seperti angin, menunggang binatang korban dan berjalan kaki. Ada yang tidak dapat melepasinya disebabkan api neraka sentiasa menarik kaki mereka, lalu mereka jatuh ke dalamnya.
✐ Para malaikat berdiri di kanan dan kiri sirat mengawasi setiap makhluk yang lalu. Setiap 1000 orang yang meniti sirat, hanya seorang sahaja yang Berjaya melepasinya. 999 orang akan terjatuh ke dalam neraka.

Chocolates.. :)
haha.. chocolates are my favourite.. nothing to write really.. but let me write a few facts about chocolates that i know.. huhu.. :D
firstly.. chocolates are sooo delicious (of course la..)
okay2.. chocolates actually gave a positve effects on our circulatory system.. it is also acts as anticancer, brain stimulator, cough preventor and antidiarrhoeal..
but2.. chocolates results in gaining weight if consumed excessively.. =.=' (so dont eat so much!!) huhu..
another fact that i heared.. eating chocolates before bed will results in pimples (but not tested yet by me.. huhu..) and weight gaining of course..
*important notes here.. animals CANNOT eat chocolates!! chocolates have a amount of lead concentrations and it became a TOXIC to animals because of insufficient capacity to metabolize theobromine..

History of 9th December 2010
today is the date i broke up with him..
its not because of bored.. but i think he misunderstood it..
i got my reasons.. ive got into my senses.. couple is not good for us.. it only leads us to make more sins.. im grateful that i have this book titled 'Wahai Remaja Kembaramu Bermula di Sini' by Prof. Dr. Sidek Baba.. the book that opened my eyes.. i want to be close to Allah s.w.t.. more n more..
i opened the chapter called 'love' a.k.a 'cinta'.. ive realised that... i did not fulfill 3 needs of love in my live..
1) my love to Allah s.w.t.. when my love to Allah s.w.t. is sincere.. then, my love for a person is sincere..
2) my love for my parents.. i know that i am really cared about my dad.. but i think that is not enought..
3) my love for knowledge.. i still didnt achieve this love..
4) last but not least.. my love for a person.. that is something that i shouldnt have before i fulfill all the three needs..
n now im aware that.. love in adolescene is just because of 'lust' a.k.a. 'nafsu'.. n i dont want to have that kind of love..
i dont want a love that doesnt have the blessing of Allah s.w.t.. im sorry but to say.. i rather lose u than losing Allah s.w.t.'s blessings..
remember.. althought we close our 'aurat'.. but still.. zina mata, zina hati, cannot be repelled in a couple.. and a boy/man that took care of the girl/woman's honour (by not even lay a finger on her) is the one that trully sinscere n not because of 'lust'..
hopefully i will find a man that fulfill all the three needs of love when the time that i fulfill all the three of it..

Bagan Datoh!! I Wanna Go There Again.. :D
haha.. this story takes place on 26th of November until 30th November.. for the first impression.. i thought that on "35" of us will me attending the homestay program at Bagan Datoh, Perak.. actually.. total number is 130++.. ow wow.. unexpected..
wuu.. on this program.. me, acap, faiz, amir and deva.. all of us got different house with different foster family.. EXCEPT sakinah, adilah and cewek.. wuu.. :'( not fair ma.. but dont care really.. huhu..
my foster mother is Mak Teh Rohana.. n we call her Mak Teh.. Mak Teh brought 12 of us in.. my housemates are mas, nabilah, syuhada, awin, fatiyyah, afiqah, farah, ana n another 2 indian girls.. :D
well.. the odd thing is.. excidentally i've got some "Perak" dialect after a few days with them.. well.. mybe i got this dialect from awin because she is in the same room with me.. huu..
then.. for the LDK.. got to know saad, syafiq, daniel, haikal, tan, kabilan, syahida, n deepa.. nabilah, farah nad syhada are also in the same team.. we are the S1G!! huhu.. equavalent to Sentiasa 1 Generation.. huhu.. created by kabilan.. n our menteri is saad.. well.. lots of fun things happened.. i fell during a game.. making jokes with each other n many more.. owh i miss those time..huhu
n the funny part is!!! for the kebudayaan.. my team had to present a BORIA!!! what?? haha.. but kitorng blasah je.. im the lead singer owh.. =.=' first i was supposed to duet with haikal, then to tan.. then change to nabilah.. :D well... no comment.. haha...
wuu... i miss u all la.. i didnt predict i would cry on the last day.. i dunno why i felt so sad.. n haha.. i still remember acap, faiz, amir, sakinah, adilah, cewek, tan, syuhada, awin, farah n farah (huhu.. i know two farah), mas, haikal, ana, and nabilah's cry face.. i canoot imagine one day i will be seeing acap n faiz to cry.. huhu.. but its really irony n the song played are also that berdayu2.. i cry when i saw Mak Teh, my foster sister n Farah's mother.. wuu.. i sure miss them all.. :D hopefully we can meet again.. keep in contact.. :D

Hey!! I Wanna Punch YOU!! Jerk!!
ARGHHH!!! today, im so angry + sakit hati + like wanna punch her in the face!!! ARGHH!!! if im not tied in the school and outside laws.. i've already punch n kick her like ****..
here are few points that i felt lik screaming n give her a shot!!!!
* she posted on her blog.. she said that she had a natural beauty?? hak tui!! natural her head la.. if u had so much beauty, dont put so much talc on ur face la.. so disgusting when i see u n ur friend that make me feel like this.. u should be grateful to Allah of HIS gift to u.. u shouldnt use ur 'so called beauty' to attract people n do wat ever u want la.. u had backup?? so what??!! let me tell u this quote..
""a person who depends on others, always talk big about urself, stab others from the back is the most weak person in the world.. the one who cannot stand by their own.. and the one who is rendah diri n did not talk big as if he/she is the greatest person in the world is the one that is acknowledge as the strongest person in the world..""

sergeant!! :)
alhamdulillah.. at last i've got the pangkat "SARJAN".. huhu.. along with Aceh (Fhadrul Irwan).. next year.. we'll be the one who will be handling the KRS platun insyaAllah.. :)
date: 24 October - 28 October 2010 (Sunday - Thursday)
venue: Bukit Lagong
*24th october 2010
im so happy today.. because u will be attending this course.. and my partner for this course is Fhadrul a.k.a. Aceh.. we go to bukit lagong with Pn. Sabarina.. she is attending this course too.. we arrive there early n we go down to go and have some brunch.. at 4.30pm the course started.. we are divided into 9 groups.. 5 groups for boys and 4 groups for girls.. i was included in group 6 and Aceh in group 2.. in this course.. i also meet again my friend for the lans koperal n koperal course.. they are Liyana, Farahin, Siti Maimunah n others.. next is, we have to set up our tent.. i was in the same tent with Liyana and Farahin.. that time it was so rainy n we are all soaked.. next activity is writing exam.. i have to remember all the menteri in malaysia.. nani??!! OMG!! in the paper sheet.. so many BLANKS i leave.. (T.T).. then we are informed about all our activities throughout the course..

woke up early.. after subuh prayers, go to the field for morning exercises.. then, we are all distributed to our activities by group.. my group first activity is wall climbing and repelling.. i do the wall climbing first and it is so hard!! urgh!! after i completed my climb.. my hands are shivering n i cant grip anything.. waa.. im so frustrated.. then, when doing the repelling, i cant even grip the rope properly.. frustrated!! arghh!! after this activity, its meal time.. huhu.. then we go to hafazan..there.. i can classified it as most terrifying test!! if we did not pass this test.. automatically we will be disqualified to be a platoon leader a.k.a. a sergeant.. luckily the cik is so soft hearted that she gave us a little bit "kelonggaran" that is, we can read instead of memorizing.. arigatou nee cik nora.. :) then we go for ikhtiar hidup.. this section, we need to cook our own food by bamboo and lit up the fire.. it was a success.. :) then is the ujian kecergasan.. run 2.4 km in 15 minutes.. i didnt pass!! i only late for a minute!! oh *&#@!! then we have to do pumping, sit up, melentik? and carry a friend on our back.. night activity is um.. dont remember la..

today activities are merentas halangan, marching, and compass.. my hands are still shivering that i cant grip the pole during the monkey climbing.. during marching, we have to give command not march.. i've made silly mistakes in this section.. argh!! during compass.. argh.. so lazy to type anymore.. in short.. i've got it right.. :) next is merentas halangan v.2.. then for night activity is kebudayaan.. many groups do sketsa n my group is the first group.. =.='

Bantu mula, ikatan and water activities.. at bantu mula, we learn about CPR.. ikatan, we learn how to make gadgets n we learn ikatan balak, lilit kacang, ikatan seraya n so on.. at water activities, we do a rakit and across the lake without making the rice, tent (in the bag) and another thing wet.. then is river crossing.. after water activity, is marching competition.. my group is the last one to perform.. this night is night walking..in this activity, we are given a body number.. my number is 49.. so, they have to call me 49.. and our password for that night is "mayat reput".. if we are having trouble we have to use that password.. this night walk was awesome..walking in th dark.. haha.. althought we had walked for 3 hours, butt for me, it seems to be just a moment.. about just an hour.. maybe it is my first time to do this activity..

last day.. for the first time.. the girls are scolded by the facilitators and almost being punished.. well.. maybe that is what i hoped for.. the girls are being so gedik! and didnt assemble on time.. they are so late.. if they woke up late, dont shower la.. adoi.. this day i was so in fright that i may not get the sergeant.. but Alhamdulillah ive got it.. :) n according to Aceh, the boys didnt really like the girls because we can do anything without being ragging by the facilitators.. well.. that one i agree a lot.. actually the girls needed to be disciplined.. get back home n slept.. didnt study for exam tomorrow.. =.='

What to expect while fasting:

If you have the will, you can go on a 24 hour dry fast (no food or water) or a 24 hour water fast and then breaking it with a light and nutritious meal. You should repeat this fast for thirty days at least to reap the full benefits because your body will heal and detox its organs in stages.
If you’re trying to lose weight, incorporate some exercise during the day, especially during periods when your energy levels are at its lowest. Exercising during a fast will boost your blood circulation, relieve headaches, and burn fat and remove toxins faster. You’ll also find yourself rising out of the low-energy slump after 10-15 minutes of exercise.

- If you’re looking for the best results, try a dry fast (no food and water) instead of a liquid fast (water or juice). One day of dry fasting is equivalent to 3 days of liquid fasting.
- Break your fast gently with healthy foods that are easy to digest. Fruits and vegetables should be included. You’ll be surprised how quickly you feel full with less food. If you stuff yourself when breaking a fast you’ll feel sluggish and overfed for several hours afterwards. Remember the feeling and you’ll naturally avoid over-eating next time.
- Try not to advertise the fact that you’re fasting. Once you do, you’ll feel obliged to do it because of the people you have told. Some people you tell will also feel the need to challenge your decision. This is unnecessary stress. Your resolve and willpower to fast will be stronger if your fast remains a private matter.
- And lastly, do not fast if your health is compromised by serious illnesses, pregnancy, menstruation, or if you’re nursing.
